Slow Flow + Meditation

Join Amanda on Christmas Day to take time to slow down and reflect on the busy and sometimes chaotic time of year. Draw yourself back to the present and unwind your busy mind. This class will start in meditation to slow down your thoughts and come back into your body. Following meditation will be a slow flow yoga practice to remind yourself to move from a place of awareness and self-love.
