Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it.     A $10 minimum donation Moksha class on Friday nights at 8:00pm. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

    A $10 class led by an experienced teacher at a cheaper price.

  • Community Class

    A $10 Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Moksha Silent

    A standard Moksha class guided with little or no verbal instruction. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the Moksha series first.

  • Moksha Flow with Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences accompanied by music chosen by the instructor.

  • LIVE Music Moksha Flow

    A Moksha Flow class accompanied by live music. It’s as awesome as it sounds.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Prana Vinyasa

    Prana Vinyasa is a life-realization, embodiment practice & global collective based on the roots of yoga, the art and science of flow and tools for wellness for our vitality. This class is reduced heat and accessible for everyone.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    A fun and challenging class of linking postures together with breath while building heat, endurance and flexibility in the body. Also enjoy some groovy music played throughout class. Reduced heat.

  • Yoga With Weights

    This class focuses on strengthening the whole body while flowing through a variety of standing and core strength poses. Build muscle and tone with 3 or 4 pound weights in a reduced heat setting for 75 minutes. Allow your body to sculpt and lengthen while feeling energized in this powerful practice. This class will be accompanied by music chosen by the instructor.

  • Pilates

    A mat-based 60 minute class that will focus on technique, stability and core strengthening while encouraging full body sculpting and toning. This class will be accompanied by music chosen by the instructor and reduced heat.

  • bodyART

    bodyART is a functional movement training system designed to balance your strength, flexibility and mental concentration. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles of Yin and Yang, understood as passive and dynamic energy, bodyART challenges you to equalize your powerful dynamic energy with passive relaxation. This class will be reduced heat.

  • Yang/Yin

    Yang/Yin Yoga combines a gentle vinyasa flow practice with the subtle deepening of yin yoga. Reduced heat.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Reduced heat.

  • Restorative

    Find rest and relaxation in this gentle and therapeutic class. Props are heavily used to support and open the channels of the body and poses are held around 10-15 minutes with some soothing music. Reduced heat.

  • Meditation

    Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. No previous experience is needed, all levels welcomed. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing, all other props will be provided. This class will be room temperature.
