Deepen Your Moksha Practice Part 2

Rooted in the foundations of a 60 minute Moksha practice, you will play with advanced and modified variations of poses and deepen your understanding of when and how you would choose to advance or modify your postures. We will spend the first hour and half of this workshop going through the floor series of the Moksha sequence and explore where we can create more strength, balance, flexibility and softness. Some postures we will demonstrate with blocks and straps to deepen and expand your awareness of movement and breath. Then we will wrap up with a 60 min Moksha practice with live music, where you will be able to play with your variations.
