Here's how it works:
You now have the opportunity to sign-in to a class 3 days before. The process is nice and simple, but here are some key things to keep in mind:
- Online Pre-registration closes 1 hour before the start of class and opens 3 days prior to class
- If you have pre-registered, you must still check in with the front desk a minimum of 5 minutes before class begins
- If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of class, it is considered a "no show" and we hold the right to give your spot away to those waiting on standby
- 3 "no shows" and you will lose your registration privileges, so please, if you pre-register and then can't make the class, sign yourself out of class or call reception to let them know
- In order for online registration to be effective you must have a class package on your account which can be purchased online
- There are always spaces available for walk-ins, so don't fret if you did not preregister, simply arrive at least 10 minutes early to guarantee yourself a spot
All classes are drop in (sign up online to your reserve your space)
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class times, because nothing is worse than rushing to get to yoga and being locked out.
For the integrity of the class latecomers are not permitted...seriously we're not joking!

~ Our March Live Music Moksha classes with Paria & Emily will be on Friday March 7th & 21st at 6:15pm
~ We are adding an additional Karma class this month in support of WWF (World Wildlife Foundation) on Saturday March 29th at 8:30pm in honour of EARTH HOUR. This class will be a candlelit moksha 60 led by our Studio Director/Owner Jackie. Minimum $10 donation per person, regular packages do not apply.
Giving Props to the Props | led by Danny - Sunday March 2nd: 3:30pm-5:30pm
There is a common misconception that yoga props are intended specifically for those who are inflexible, injured, or new to yoga. In reality, incorporating props into a yoga practice can be immensely beneficial to anyone working to improve their strength, balance, mobility and stability. In this interactive, informative and playful workshop, we will use Blocks and Straps in some new and creative ways to explore a broad cross-section of postures. As part of our exploration, we will also integrate the props into some therapeutic movements and exercises. Journey Into Guided Meditation | led by Vanessa - Sunday March 23rd: 4:00pm-6:30pm
Join MYM instructor, business owner of Open Heart-Open Mind Health & Wellness and Lululemon Affiliate, Vanessa Petronelli as she takes you on a 2.5 hour journey through various guided meditations. Vanessa will be guiding participants through various meditations that will get you into your body, help you to become more present and attuned to your inner space. This is an interactive workshop that promises to be very relaxing and an eye-opening experience. No previous experience is needed! Please bring with you a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes and bring any extra cushions that you may require to sit comfortably. 6 Week Prenatal Yoga Sessions | led by Theresa - Feb 22, March 1, 8, 15, 29, April 5: 4-5:00pm
Having herself gone through the journey of pregnancy and childbirth, Theresa is happy to offer a yoga practice to allow pregnant mothers the space and time they need to connect with themselves and their new baby, to create an environment that fosters self-confidence, support, and courage during this exciting time. In this 6-week series, pregnant women can expect to be guided through a gentle yoga class intended to relax, release, and attune their bodies to their rapidly growing child within. Expectant mothers will learn breath work, yoga postures, and meditation techniques to create increased health and awareness of themselves as a new mother and their baby. Poses may be modified depending on mom's pregnancy, yoga experience, and trimester. A beautiful practice where moms can share and connect! No previous yoga experience required.
