Practicing yoga, pranayama and meditation has allowed Susie to heal her relationship with life. Every time she reconnects to the present moment with help from her teachers, fellow yoga practitioners and this community, she is able to find clarity, peace and even wonder. Susie is really grateful for her practice; it is such an important and healing part of her recovery. It has helped her to learn that she can choose to be in the present moment.
